- Financial management (monitoring of cash inputs and cash orders, accounting statements, statements of captured cards, etc.)
- 1st and 2nd degree technical maintenance (maintenance of the inside of the machine, replacement of consumables and intervention on breakdowns).
- Complete management of sites
More elaborate technical interventions are carried out in partnership with the manufacturers and their technicians (software upgrades, exchange of defective modules and management of spare parts).
In the event of a breakdown and in order to get the ATMs back into service as quickly as possible, Brinks technicians are able to intervene within a very short timeframe to limit as much as possible the inconvenience to customers/users caused by the unavailability of an ATM.
